I hope I am giving you a better idea, shedding
a bit of light into this project. Remember that we
are neither the Red Cross nor UNHCR and we do not pretend
to have their structure or their organisational skill. However,
we will look after the entire programme thoroughly and efficiently
asking also for help from local NGOs and doctors that we
know. We will keep the project under our own supervision.
We will be there, physically, we will be spending
the money, negotiating the purchase of what is needed at
the best possible price and help with the distribution.
